Network Property Manager

Join us in supporting Christ-centred education

 

The KingsWay Trust is seeking a Network Property Manager to join our team in a full-time, permanent role.

The KingsWay Trust exists to enable accessible, Christ-centred, quality education for children and young people across the Auckland region.

As Network Property Manager, you will play a key role in leading property maintenance projects across our sites, and build strong relationships with school leaders, maintenance teams, and contractors. You will also support the delivery of larger construction projects alongside the Operations Manager.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has at least five years' experience in property maintenance, construction, or project management.

  • Has strong organisational, planning, and relationship management skills.

  • Is confident managing multiple projects and priorities.

  • Holds a full New Zealand driver's licence and has their own transport.

  • Is missionally aligned with the Christian Special Character of the KingsWay Trust and its schools.
